A member of the gang of special forces spoke about his role in mass killings in the 2000s

On the process in the Pushkin City Court of the Moscow Region, the 50-year-old defendant, despite the heat, was delivered in a sweatshirt with a hood and in a medical mask. Such measures were taken, as the defendant is under state protection. To ensure its safety, the process was closed.
According to Kommersant, Mr. Chebotarev, who at one time resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the rank of lieutenant colonel, was detained in April 2023 and soon began to cooperate with the investigation, giving testimonies on the accomplices with whom he participated in a series of crimes committed in 2000-2004. It is worth noting that in all articles of the Criminal Code, including “banditry” (Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and “Murder” (Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the statute of limitations have already been published. Understanding this, Mr. Chebotarev spoke about his role in 12 intentional murders (part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and 2 attempts on murders (part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), which he also made a native of Vityaz, who then headed the Moscow criminal investigation department Arthur Kozlov (died in 2006 in 2006 in 2006 in 2006 in 2006 Accident) and the former soldier Pavel Christov (has been in custody since 2023). The investigation considers the customers of this murder a native of Azerbaijan Dadashev, who, according to the case file, wanted to “seize market management” and “get control over his commercial activities”. His brother Araz Dadashev, who allegedly promised a three -room apartment and part of the retail space, undertook to help the organizer. Araz Dadashev, as a number of other defendants, pleaded guilty and concluded a pre -trial agreement on cooperation with the prosecutor. As for Alexei Chebotarev, during the first meeting, he was extended by the arrest during the trial – by six months.
