A double announced crime of Librilla | Spain
A day before he disappeared, Siaka Coully (37 years old) went to see his friend Yigo. He had stayed with an entrepreneur from the area to close a business and remained to call him the next day. But when he yet looked at his mobile, there was no call. I miss him. He looked at the last connection: 10 in the morning of December 14. Siaka didn’t know how to live without looking at the phone for more than half an hour. Something similar happened to Isabella, Jean Mirabeau’s wife, 52. The last message that her husband sent him before disappearing was the location of a remote point of the Murcia geography. The coordinates indicated a ship next to the A7 highway, between lemons fields, in an area that promised to become a strategic place for the regional industry and ended with a handful of warehouses closed to lime and singing. Five kilometers from Librilla, Murcia, there is an abandoned truck ship, of a bankrupt company, where this week they have found two bodies, possibly from Siaka and Jean, in a used oil tank. The former owner of the company and his nephew have been arrested. The dead of this story had left clues.
It turns out that the two were born abroad. And it is also that the two were black. Jean, from Cameroon, and Siaka, of Ivory Coast. And these details would not be relevant to this crime, if it were not because they are not the first two Africans that disappear in the rural Murcia in equal macabre conditions. And that was what he yet, who is from Burkina Faso, thought when his friend Siaka did not respond to any of his calls.
« A few years ago, my cousin disappeared and they never found their body. » I went with another.
Souumaila Zampou (Burkina Faso), 37, Yigo cousin, and Ali Maman Saley (Niger), 40, disappeared in August 2021. In June 2022, the leader of a local drug trafficking clan confessed to having stab remains to a car and throw them into a container, According to the newspaper The truth. The reason that detailed to the National Police: they had stolen two kilos of cocaine, that is, about 38,000 euros. The bodies were never found. There were nine detainees, six accused of double murder, illegal detention and belonging to criminal organization. However, despite the detailed confession of what was the leader, Murcia’s Court number 9 decided to excuse the six investigated of all charges in July last year.
Yigo’s crime never resolved. And that was thinking when his friend Siaka still did not give a signal.
« When I saw that my friend did not answer, I scared. He does not remember whether that day or the next, Jean’s wife, who lived in Benalmádena (Málaga) also contacted Yigo. Not even 48 hours of the disappearance and much of the African community that lifts the Murcia vegetables that Europe already knew that Jean and Siaka had entered the facilities of a Librilla company, owned by the transport company Porktrans (former Argos Transport), and had not come out of there were not spent. They ran to the Civil Guard to put a complaint with all the tracks of the dead. This was in mid -December 2024. The search for the bodies did not start until 10 days ago.
From the terrace of a floor that survives on a closed bar, Francisco Simancas points to every corner of the desolate ship in front. The main door that gave the offices is impaled; About 15 white trailers with the Porkytrans logo are rolled; The wheels are piled up on a side. « And there, there in the center, was the used oil pit where the Civil Guard found the bodies, » he finishes and remains mute.
Simancas has lived these five months with his 17 -year -old daughter with a place where the Civil Guard believes that they have killed two men. Where they had supposedly tried to get rid of their remains, hiding them among the corrosive chemists of vehicles that nobody moves anymore. Simancas did not move from his homeland, Mérida (Extremadura), for this. Simancas had been given a good job, finally, after brewing for decades to get his daughters ahead, he tells (a situation that led him to pay with nine months in prison the lack of maintenance to the mother of one of them). In 2019, the CEO of Porkytrans proposed that he move there and his eyes would last the sanitation of the company. He gave him a house on the polygon enclosure, on top of the bar, and a van. But the life of Simancas has not traced since then. On December 14, from the terrace of his house, Simancas saw the enclosure enter the enclosure to « two people of color » and warned the authorities. This has declared it in a court this week.
The Civil Guard has only reported the arrest of three people – the owner of the company, his nephew and his wife, who will follow the process in freedom – and the discovery of two bodies, whose identity has not been officially confirmed yet. But it has not provided more information about ongoing research.
Simancas has been the eyes of another person for six years: Andrés Narváez. The man at the head of Porktrans who absorbed Argos when he could no longer with more debts. Narváez tells from the other side of the phone how he learned what had happened in the company: « He called me the Civil Guard, because being the owner, he was the main suspect. Then they saw the problems we had with the former owners. And less badly, if I had not reported, they would have accused me of an accomplices. » Since absorbed the transport firm and placed its former boss, Juan Martínez (now detained), as a minority shareholder and their children in the Board of Directors, have maintained a frontal battle for business control. A fight that has reached the fists on one occasion and death threats that have been denounced in the courts. « He did not assume that I was no longer the head of the company and began to do bad things. Once I stopped a truck that I had moved to London with 200 kilos of marijuana in a cargo of lettuce. From there everything began to break, » says Narváez.
The judicial lawsuits ended up leading the company to a bankruptcy contest that has not yet been closed and the dismissal of some 40 workers, many of them from the people. And, as detailed by the complaints filed by Simancas, Juan Martínez, 71, entrenched in what was left of his business with some relatives. « They slept there, in facilities that have neither light nor water, in a mat, with a shotgun under. A monster has been created, » says Narváez. Martínez’s lawyer, his nephew Jesús P. and his wife María P., Emilio Ibáñez, criticizes this newspaper that they are using the case of the two dead men to take advantage of their business lawsuit, but has not wanted to make any statement about the crime for which John and Jesus are being investigated and Mary, by cover -up.
Among the papers that loads are observed photographs of Juan in the company’s facilities, but also of unknown people, who entered and left the enclosure and he documented and attached to his complaints in the barracks. The Civil Guard investigates the mobile of the possible crime against Jean and Siaka, one of the hypothesis that has been published in the local press is a possible scam of false tickets. « Juan needed to sell anything to get ahead. He was surely cheated, » Narváez suspects.
The day the two men disappeared, Simancas recounts that he saw them enter. And that it had not been the first time, as stated in his judicial statement to which this newspaper has had access. And I recognize that since the bodies found, the people who had told him at the beginning where his friend had been seen for the last time, vanished. Including the only one that was saved: the one who waited for them with the car at the door. « I didn’t know what he did, nor knew his partners. He told me that he was doing business. And when they say that, he doesn’t ask, » he clarifies.
