A dog tied to the car wheel. The barking animal was saved by policemen
On Tuesday, April 1, before noon, police from Milicz got a notification from one of the residents about a small dog, whose someone with a steel padlock attached to the car parked wheel. The dog was loud, which he attracted attention.

– The police arrived at the place confirmed the given information – a small mixed dog was attached with a steel rope to the BMW car parked car. A man living nearby who informed policemen brought scissors for cutting metal, with the help of which the dog was immediately liberated from the steel cord that drowsy. Fortunately, nothing happened to the animal, also the vehicle did not have any visible damage. A representative of the local Society for the Care of Animals came to the place called by policemen, who undertook to look after a dog – reports Sławomir Waleński, a spokesman for the police in Milicz.
As soon as the policemen brolled the pet, he was constantly trying to break free towards a nearby marketplace. In the end, the police allowed him to suspect that the dog owner was in that direction. They were right. Following the dog, the officers reached a 36-year-old city inhabitant, staying at the marketplace.

The animal led the policemen to the owner
– He confirmed that he has been looking after this animal for a long time. The man laconically explained to the police that the dog often escapes him, and when he leaves him alone at home, he destroys the interior of the apartment. Therefore, until he returned to the house, he tied the quadruped with a steel cable to the wheel of the car belonging to one of his neighbors. He claimed that he did not realize that he would expose the pooch to suffering and himself to criminal responsibility in this matter – says Waleński.
The 36-year-old for abusing a dog is punishable by up to three years in prison.
