A dangerous accident at A4 in Katowice. A road covered with stones
An unusual accident occurred on Wednesday, April 16, around noon. On the A4 motorway towards Gliwice – right next to the Police Prevention Department – A truck trailer transporting stones fell over.
Thick blocks covered two belts. The left lane remained passable, but only for those who managed to brake before Zawalidroga.
There was more fear than losses
According to the police, nothing happened to the set driver. But the rock load fell apart to tens of meters. The truck lay sideway.
Road services appeared on the spot. It was necessary to organize rapid cleaning – because with each subsequent car the risk was growing.
And this was not the only day of the day in Silesia
Earlier, at DK86 towards Tychy, at the height of the Katowice Porcelain stop, three passenger cars collided. One lane was also blocked there.
Currently, traffic in both places is already taking place without major difficulties.
