– 500 ml of vegetable broth

– 100 g of spinach

– 30 g of squash seeds

– a tablespoon of olive oil

– a teaspoon of turmeric powder

– a teaspoon of cumin powder

– a teaspoon of cilantro powder

1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion.
