A car has entered the customers of a terrace

Four people were injured and transported to the hospital on Tuesday, after a driver who made an irregular overtaking entered the car in a vehicle that was driving from the opposite direction and then in a terrace where there were clients at the tables, on DN 22C, in the locality of Stefan cel Mare.

According to the County Ambulance Service (SAJ) Constanța, the injured persons, four customers of the respective premises, were transported to Cernavoda Hospital, suffering various trauma, and the fifth person has made a panic attack.

The Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) ‘Dobrogea’ of Constanța County informed that the injured persons are a woman and three men.

« At the scene of the accident, the drivers of the cars involved were evaluated, who refused transport to the hospital, » said ISU ‘Dobrogea’ representatives.

On the spot were mobilized an extinguishing vehicle, a special vehicle for transporting multiple victims, a SMURD and a SAJ crew.

According to the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Constanța, the police officers from the Road Safety Service were notified that on DN 22C, in the village of Stefan cel Mare, a traffic accident took place.

‘It follows from the first researches that a man would have driven a car, have made an irregular overrun and hit another car, which was traveling in the opposite direction. Following the impact, the car that would have performed irregular overcoming was designed outside the road, on the terrace of a public food premises where it hit three people who were at the tables. They were injured and received medical care ‘, it comes from the statement sent by IPJ Constanța.

The drivers were tested with the ethyl tester, the result being negative.
