A bus full of children, a driver under the influence of alcohol
On April 28, officers ITD from Opole, during a routine inspection on the A4 motorway, stopped the bus with children and their guardians to check. The group was going from Opole to Oświęcim on a school trip.
Already during the conversation with the driver, the inspectors sensed the intense smell of alcohol from him, so they immediately conducted a breathalyzer test. The result confirmed their fears: the driver had 0.32 mg of alcohol in the breath, which corresponds to 0.67 per mil.
