A boy seriously injured in a fall from a tight romobile in Zagreb. Drove too fast and had no helmet
Zagreb police reported that in a car accident a minor romobile driver was seriously injured and his friend was easier. As they stated, he was at about 10.55pm on April 12 yesterday, before acquiring the right to self -management of a motor vehicle, or without passing the « A1 » category driving test, until he wore a protective helmet while driving on his head, driving a motor vehicle.
It is a romobile with an electric drive, which is not classified as one category of vehicles in accordance with special regulations, and the highest construction speed exceeds 25 km/h (by specifications is 65 km/h), while the power of the electric motor exceeds 0.6 kW or 2.0 kW and has not been registered.

With the arrival of the house number 42, it did not adjust the speed of the vehicle to the road (uneven roadway) so that it can be stopped in a timely manner before any obstacle, which, in concrete conditions, may be predicted, or that it may act in a timely manner according to the traffic rule or sign.
