« The idea came to light in a courtroom over a year ago, but I want it to be clearly stated that my script is not based on any real language, » says Urður Egilsdóttir, a journalist who has been published by Icelandic – and indeed European – a community as a scriptwriter of the tension. We got this foreign distributor and this has happened quite ridiculously fast, I am somehow in the middle of the storm just trying to understand what is happening, ”says the screenwriter, laughing at the thought of works that just a few months ago was the script.

Challenging for little intro

« People look at series every day, but most people probably realize how broken work is behind this. Many series take ten plus years to work, although I hope this will not do it, ”says Urður with a slight laughter.

Have you been thinking of further jobs in this area after this bombing?

The question triggers a nagging anxiety in a journalist who looks forward to even more bloodshed by the Icelandic journalism profession – it has been blood when it has been drunk.
