A 14-year-old crushed by a tree. New information from the hospital
Tragic events took place on Saturday, April 5, before 10 in the area of the railway track in Town of Silesia. According to preliminary findings of policemen, the 14-year-old stayed there with his older brother and 47-year-old father who performed works related to the cutting of trees.

A tragedy in the town of Śląskie. A 14-year-old crushed by Konar
The Poviat Police Headquarters in Tarnowskie Góry informed that « a 14-year-old resident of Nowy Chechło (…) was crushed by one of the falling branches and suffered serious injuries. Paramedics conducted effective resuscitation. »
The victim in a serious condition was transported to the Upper Silesian Children’s Health Center in Katowice by helicopter of the Air Ambulance Service.

The hospital provided new information about the boy’s state
On Sunday, April 6, GCZD spokesman Wojciech Gumułka gave the latest information on the boy’s health. As he said, he is still « very heavy ». The 14-year-old is in the intensive care unit. Radio ZET reports that the child has injuries to the whole body, including the head.
A spokesman for the Tarnogóra Podkom command. Kamil Kubica pointed out that both the brother and the father of the injured 14-year-old were sober. He pointed out that activities under prosecutor’s supervision were carried out at the scene of the accident, and investigators would still explain its detailed course and circumstances in the coming days.
