8 years of revolution in managing palaces, together for stronger communities
Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj writes on Facebook:
8 years ago we began a revolution that had never happened in Tirana, the management of co -ownership facilities, starting the process of licensing the administrators of the palaces.
I am grateful to the citizens of Tirana who immediately embraced this light but necessary change to improve community life, because it enabled us to solve the many problems we face every day, which often translated into unreasonable conflicts and debates.
A colossal work of ours, performed passionately since 2017, which made today we have 1171 administrators certified by the Municipality of Tirana, as the first link of problem solving in the community, neighborhood, palace we live.
Of course, this is the following process, so I encourage residents who have not yet elected an administrator in their palace, to determine it as soon as possible, with the help of the municipality, as a key moment, first, to improve their coexistence in the community, but also to benefit from projects such as community fund.
Only together can we achieve things that seem impossible.
