63 WAKES FOR « 5D » file/ Prosecution will uncover in court the corruption scheme

In the Court of Corruption and Organized Crime, 63 witnesses to the « 5D » file will be heard.

The Special Prosecution, through them, will show the tender benefit scheme, but also how the subject had the two former directors of the Municipality of Tirana.

63 witnesses have been asked by the SPAK to become part of the litigation against former Tirana Municipality directors who are accused of won tenders for public affairs in the open conflict of interest through 5D Company.

It is learned that the list is the employees of the 5D construction company as well as Mariglen’s brother, Alfred Qato.

Through them, the SPAK seeks to further discover the way the subject scheme worked, but also the relationship with Qaton and the apple that are considered the owner of the fact, while they were directors in the Municipality of Triana at the time when its mayor was Erjon Veliaj.
