Hope and connection
The initiative is a follow -up to the ‘505 – concerts for humanity’ last year in Antwerp. The co -organizers of Show Up for Humanity, musician Tijs Delbeke and climate author Elisabeth van Lierop, were also part of the team behind those concerts in 2024. “505 showed that there are many people waiting for initiatives and connections instead of even more negativity, » said Delbeke. « As a musician I also noticed how grateful colleagues were to finally be able to use their voice for what really matters. »
