NG received information from the Narva Goroprava how many municipal workers receive a “minimum”, as well as how many city state employees are in Narva.
As reported earlier « Narva newspaper »on the infochas of the Council of the Council, journalists said that in the preparation for the acceptance of the project of the first additional budget of the city, the volume of which is 6.1 million euros, 300 thousand – expenses in connection with the growth of the minimum salary. According to the city financial department, “on 12/31/2024, the total number of employees of the council, as well as subordinate institutions and municipal enterprises, was 1793. They emphasize that this number does not include 31 deputy of the Narvsky City Board.
According to the Department, 501 Narva Budgetary employee receives a minimum salary, which, recall, has grown from 820 to 886 euros from January 1, 2025.
The mayor of Narva Katri Raik, we recall, considers it important that the income of this low -paid category of municipal workers is growing traditionally with an increase in the “minimum” every year. At the same time, according to her, the salaries of other employees are not growing regularly that it is a problem – they become uncompetitive.
