Bandits, using a hammer and a crowbar, severely beat a 30-year-old owner. When he lost consciousness, thieves they robbed unscrupulous him house. They found only 10,000 PLN and fled towards the border with the Czechs.
– As a result of beating, the victim suffered a serious damage to health in the form of a life -threatening disease – informs prosecutor Aleksander Duda, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Katowice.
Within a few days of the incident, four suspects were detained in Lesser Poland. The next one was detained at the end of September last year. Five accused (Poles and Ukrainians) aged 20 to 45 were charged. Four of them will be responsible for robbery and severe damage to the body, the fifth person for inciting and help in committing this cruel crime.
