37 executives have been arrested/processed, 12 852 fines were put in place
Tirana Road Police have announced through a posting that monitoring and intensive monitoring and controls to identify and punish violators of traffic rules are continuing in order to prevent road accidents.
As a result of the searches, 37 citizens were arrested/processed this week specifically:
-8 citizens arrested for driving irregularly (intoxicated);
-6 citizens arrested for violating traffic rules;
-3 citizens arrested for driving irregularly (without a driving license);
-11 Citizens proceeded in the free state for violating traffic rules;
-6 juveniles in the free -driving processed in irregular management (without driving licenses)
-1 citizens in the free state of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol;
-1 citizens in the free state of the active corruption of persons exercising public functions;
-1 citizens searched for violations of traffic rules.
Also, during the week, 12 852 administrative measures were put in place for various road violations, 20 vehicles were drawn that had occupied the spaces dedicated to the free movement of other vehicles, and 17 vehicles were blocked for various road violations.
Further, it was searched against 64 trucks and authors, where administrative measures were taken for various road violations for 5 trucks and 3 bus drivers.
Tirana Road Police appeals to all drivers to comply with traffic rules, not to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicated, and not to park in dedicated spaces for public transport or where they block the free movement of other vehicles.
