30 projects ready for investment

The « Match-Maker Albania 2025 » event gathered in Tirana 1000 representatives from 36 countries. The Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja said that this event is a clear reflection of the growing interest and confidence in Albania as a destination for investment and innovation.

« Over 500 foreign investors, 200 Albanian companies and more than 30 elite exporters are here today, as we present more than 30 ready -made public and private investment projects, which include a wide range of sectors. »

Gonja noted that foreign direct investment in 2024 reached 1.6 billion euros, the highest historical level. ‘‘That’s no coincidence. It is the result of hard work, reforms and vision. Countries like Turkey, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Kosovo have led the road to investments in Albania, strengthening links and opening new cooperation chapters ”, He said.

Gonxha was proud of the signing of five new memorandums of understanding with Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Great Britain and Kazakhstan. « These agreements are more than diplomatic gestures. They are commitments to cooperate, exchange knowledge and invest in growing one another, tourism, real estate, technology, innovation, agribusiness, production, energy, finance, health care, etc. »-says the minister. Gonxha expressed the belief that this transformation of the country will be comprehensive and stable.
