Ingredients:
150 g of living (pressed) yeast
500 g of oil (cold but not frozen)
250 g of margarine
1 kg of sugar
15 eggs
2 glasses of raisins (not steamed)
50 g of oil
1 liter of milk
3 kg of flour
4 bags of vanilla sugar
1 tsp salt
Preparation:
Put the products in a large bowl in the following order:
- Yeast to open all over the bowl
- Grate the oil and margarine with large holes on the yeast.
- 0,5 GK of sugar is scattered all over the oil.
- Break the eggs into sugar, you can pre -stir them (in a separate bowl).
- Next, scatter the raisins – they can be washed, but you do not need to be steamed.
- Next, pour the oil and room temperature into the bowl.
Cover all this with a towel and leave for 8-9 hours in a warm place (it is convenient to do it in the evening and leave it overnight).
In the morning add the rest of the sugar, gradually add the flour (may go slightly more), vanilla sugar and salt and knead the dough until it begins to peel off your hands. Cover the knead with a film and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
After that, wrap the dough, spread in shape. Larisa Okdenko, a hostess who shared the recipe on the network, says: if you prepare a third of the norm, there are two sheets baked in liter metal pots and another 1.8-2 liters in a pan.
Cover the dough in a towel and leave for about 1-1.5 hours.
Before baking, grease with a whipped egg (if covered with glaze you can not lubricate)
Bake in view of your oven – about 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
Orange belt on cream
This belt is dense and moist, even more like a cupcake. But it is very fragrant, quickly prepared and does not stale for a long time.

For opara:
120 ml of cream (the more fat it is, the denser the Easter cake)
5 g of dry yeast
1 tbsp. l. Sugar
50 g of flourFor the dough:
120 g of sugar
vanilla sugar or food flavoring
2 eggs
50 g of oil
350 g of flourFor orange paste:
1 orange
100 g of sugar
5 g of citric acid
Preparation:
First, prepare the orange paste. It can be done in advance, it is well stored in the refrigerator and approaches any dessert.
Wash the orange, cut into medium slices (and stand the bones) and put in a pan. Add sugar, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Then cook for 20 minutes stirring. Add citric acid, stir, drain the syrup into a separate container. Syrup can be soaked in a biscuit, add it to a cream or tea.
Boiled oranges with a blender and cool.
Prepare the dough on the belt. Add yeast, sugar, flour to warm cream. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
Add the melted butter, the rest of the sugar, vanilla sugar, room temperature eggs and mix everything. Add flour and knead the dough. Cover with a food film and leave for 1-1.5 hours (or in the oven for 30 ° C, if the room is cool).
When growing up, look and add orange paste. Distribute in shapes (fill them in half) and leave to approach. Bake in a heated oven at 180 ° C depending on the size of the sheets and the features of the oven to a dry match (about 35 minutes).

Cheese Easter
The belt manages moisture and loose. It is hearty and at the same time gentle and soft. Among its advantages – does not require long mix and grows rapidly.
Ingredients:
800 g of flour
200 ml of milk
50 g of living yeast
250 g of sugar
0.5 tsp. salt
300 g of sour milk cheese
4 eggs
100 g of oil
150 g of raisins
The peel of one lemon
Preparation:
We prepare the opara. Add the yeast to the warm milk, knead them with a whisk or fork. Add 1 tbsp of sugar and 3 tbsp. l. flour of total. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Mix the sour milk cheese with sugar, salt and eggs and break the mixture with a blender.
Add the cheese mass to the solution, mix until smooth and gradually add about half of the flour.
Pour the melted butter into the dough, mix it and then add the rest of the flour.
Stir in the dough. Add zest, raisins or candy at will. Close the dough for 10 minutes, it should start to peel from the walls of the vessel. It will be a little rare.
Cover the dough and set up for about 2 hours.
When it comes, shake and form belts. Fill the dough with the form. This amount comes with 5 belts with a diameter of 11 cm and another 9 cm in diameter. Give the dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
