26-year-old man sets fire to his own house intentionally: the reason leaves people speechless
The dream of becoming a firefighter can take many forms.
For 26-year-old James Brown from Northumberland in England, however, it took a somewhat unusual turn. Chronicle.
When his career as a firefighter never turned into anything, he decided to create a little drama himself – by setting fire to his own house. Not just once, but twice on the same night.
The first call to the alarm center came on September 9, 2023. Brown explained that sparks came from the electricity meter and that some bedding in a closet was on fire. When the firefighters arrived at the address of Eleventh Avenue in Ashington, they quickly turned off a minor fire and disconnected the power supply as a safety measure.
90 minutes later there was trouble again. Another call from Brown, another fire in the bedding. But when the firefighters began to ask more about how something could burn when the power was already disconnected, the suspicion began to germinate.
Behind the scenes, a quick check revealed that Brown had called the fire department no less than 80 times over the previous 12 months. And this evening he had even filmed the firefighters while working, clearly excited about the show on his own grounds.
