The public prosecutor found a video of the crime on the suspect’s cell phone – and a second one in which he heavens a previously unknown man.
The State Court of Criminal Matters has imposed custody of a 21-year-old man who is accused on the night of May 15th in Border Macherstrasse in Vienna favorites killed a 27-year-old man to have. As a risk of detention, the risk of crime was accepted, court spokeswoman Christina Salzborn announced on Wednesday afternoon. The man did not provide any information before the judge and made use of his right to refuse to deny.

He confessed to the acts of the crime in a first interrogation, but denied the intentions.
The accused claimed that he felt threatened with the other man in the area of Grenzackerstraße/Ettenreichgasse, who happened to go behind him. He therefore turned around and thrown the stranger against a fence. After that, he should have given him numerous punches and missed massive foot kicks against his head after the 27-year-old had gone to the ground. The 21-year-old filmed parts of the violent excess with his cell phone and thus provided the law enforcement authorities an essential evidence.
Killed showed head injuries without exception
The autopsy showed that the 27-year-old had head injuries without exception. The rest of the body was practically intact. The version of the suspect, which goes towards self-defense,-his defender also brought alcohol in the current online edition of the « Kronenzeitung » as a possible trigger of the crime-the investigators do not seem plausible. The 27-year-old still lived at home, his mother described him as rather introverted and extremely good-natured. The 21-year-old, on the other hand, was already known in connection with two further police violent proceedings.
