• We are witnessing numerous violations of the Code of Police Ethics in northern Kosovo through the use of brutal force, often with elements of torture, according to Serb community, among which victims are often minor.
• The phenomena of sexual harassment of women in northern Kosovo are becoming more frequent, and is especially concerned about that Kosovo’s police authorities have only recognized the problem and certain measures to prevent this deviant phena of behavior last week. • The practice of selective arrest of Serbs, often without the Prosecution’s order.

• Under the pretext of funding from Serbia, institutions that provide services that Kosovo authorities are not able to organize in Serb environments – including institutions in the field of culture and sports, whose abolition affects the youngest layers of the population.
• The ban on imports of goods from Serbia was introduced and is practically still in force, although in the edited institutional form.
• An unlawful expropriation of private land has continued for the purpose of building police forts and bases in northern Kosovo.
• Under the pretext of the « rule of law », legal solutions are selected in a way that violates the ethnic and economic resources to the Serb community, creating systemic pressure that its members are evicted from Kosovo, and those who remain politically passivated.
• Mayors of municipalities in northern Kosovo, elected Albanian community with a legitimacy of only about 3% of the local electorate, decisions that directly affect the quality of life of the majority Serb community.
