15. Ethno Fusion Fest in Belgrade – Culture

In the warm summer evenings, the tradition of assembling artists from different parts of the world continues, at this jubilar, 15. Festival.

Festival 18. June at 20.00 Opens the world famous Israeli singer Yahal Lachmish, whose voice carries melodies and memories from many musical traditions. Her music drives, communicates with the audience and connects.

In the same evening, at 9 pm you can also hear the most beautiful sevdalinks in the performance of Branislava’s archery, and accompanied in traditional instruments.

During June, in the same place, various musical genres will be changed – from musical improvisations, to the Sephardic songs of the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean in the performance of Shira Utfil composition.

In July, the Thirty-member multicultural ensemble Yam Ensemble performing Yiddish, Sephardic and Greek-Turkish tracks.

Festival 30. August at 21.00, closes the Klezmer Band pressburger, which brings a merry and irresistible klezmer energy with it.

What 15. Ethno Fusion Fest makes special not only the program, but energy shared among artists and audience – the energy of openness, curiosity and mutual respect. These are evenings in which languages, origin and differences disappear, and remains what is connected to us – music.
