14 -year -old Joven beaten in Cascais for publishing a story on social networks

A 14 -year -old was assaulted by four young people in Cascais due to the music of a story published by his profile on a social network.

According to PSP, the crimes took place on December 20, along with a school in the municipality of Cascais, in the Lisbon district, when four young people, aged 17 and 19, assaulted the teenager « because he shared a story in his profile of a social network, which was accompanied with a song with a negative lyrics between residents of neighborhoods of the county. »

The security force states that the crimes “revealed special censorship and wickedness”, and the victim was “assaulted with punches on the face, kicking in the belly and several kicks all over the body, reaching it mainly in the head, face and trunk, causing it to lose consciousness”.

In this sense, the teenager suffered “with several bruises and bruises, especially on the face, had a fracture of the bones of the nose and left frontal apophysis, several fractures in the left jaw and fracture of the two front teeth”, and was eventually transported to the hospital of Cascais, where he was hospitalized to the São Francisco Xavier Hospital, where he was operated to the nose.

One of the suspects recorded, with his mobile phone, a video of all aggressions caused to the victim.

The investigation of this crime of offenses to qualified physical integrity, carried out by the PSP, covered an inquiry directed by the Public Prosecution Service of Cascais, of the West Lisbon District.

The arrests were made last Wednesday in the context of five home search and seizure warrants by PSP, which detained the four young people with arrest warrants outside the blatant crime.
